Who is funding? UK Heritage Lottery Fund, Interreg IVB
   
What is CoastNet´s role? Working with schools to create projects that interpret the heritage and value of living by the coast and an oral history phase which has gathered stories from coastal communities. Aspects focus on cultural, economic and social memories of the coastal communities. Both phases are united in our final exhibition which will tour the region in 2009.
Where is it happening? In the coastal counties of East Anglia; Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. With groups participating from between Scratby, just north of Great Yarmouth to Burnham, on the Crouch Estuary.
What will it change? to increase understanding and appreciation of the changes to the cultural and natural heritage of this part of the British coast. To become a vehicle for community cultural development, education and sustainable living
