Registration - Littoral 2010

Details on fees and registration

CoastNet has done as much as possible to keep the cost of Littoral 2010 affordable, and even in this central London venue have been able to keep fees comparable with Littoral 2008. We have also made arrangements for excellent value accommodation, in Imperial College student accommodation close to the conference venue (www.imperial.ac.uk/summeraccommodation).

Please contact the Imperial College to know the agreed fees for September 2010, these are significantly less than standard hotel accommodation. London is also a hub for many low cost airlines and we are confident that you will be able to find a good deal if you book early.

Registration fee includes:

FULL PARTICIPANT

• 3 days and ½ of Conference and admission to the Conference rooms
• Lunches and coffee breaks during the Conference
• Printed LITTORAL 2010 abstract book and CD proceedings
• Gala Dinner on 23^rd

STUDENT

• 3 days and ½ of Conference and admission to the Conference rooms
• Coffee breaks during the Conference

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be sent in writing to COASTNET (contact details). The registration fee will be refunded as follows:

• Cancellations received before 30^th July the full fee will be reimbursed (less £50 incl. VAT for administrative expenses)
• Cancellations received after 20^th July and before 20^th September will receive the 50% of the fee (less  £50 incl. VAT for administrative expenses)
• Cancellations received after 20^th September the registration fee will not be reimbursed
