I love this picture because it reminds me of a hard climb to the top of the island viewpoint with a special friend. We both huffed, puffed and sweated bucketfuls in the humid heat and breezeless climate to get to the top. It was worth the effort. We loved the view so much we did it a total of three times in the two days we stayed on the island (we needed the exercise)! One night we watched the sunset and on right hand bay the tide was far out and the beach exposed. However as it started to come back in, a small patch of sand remained exposed on higher ground. Some local islanders made a football pitch on the sandbar and played while surrounded by the incoming tide.
