The project is exploring the natural, social, cultural marine heritage in Plymouth and surrounding area with particular focus on Devonport by combining historical facts (document research), oral history and visual evidence (pictoral/maps/film achieves/sound) of the rural and urban areas. It aims to increase the understanding and appreciation of the changes to the cultural and natural heritage of the coast in and around Plymouth, especially Devonport over the last 50 years. |
